The newly redeveloped Scioto Mile in downtown Columbus has transformed the area into another vibrant section of the city. One evening in mid-December I drove downtown to view the holiday lights, trying to get into the "Christmas Spirit". The cold temperatures added to the festive lights. Standing on the ultra-modern Rich Street bridge, the view looking north was spectacular!
